NCSF has been actively debunking negative stereotypes about sex and BDSM for over 10 years. Susan Wright will show you how the opposition is fighting our events: from the Missouri State Senate Resolution banning BDSM that NCSF managed to get shelved, to the Concerned Women for America press release claiming My Vicious Valentine would be dangerous to the health of the community. Come learn the successful strategy and tactics we use to retain our rights.

About the presenter:

Susan Wright founded the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom in 1997, and currently serves as NCSF's spokesperson. Susan has been an activist in the BDSM community since 1992: Susan directed the SM Policy Reform Project for the National Organization for Women which resulted in rescinding their anti-SM policy in 1999. Susan also coordinated the SM vs. Abuse policy statement created through LLC in 1997-1998.
