About the presenter:

Brooke Oliver is a national recognized lawyer representing activists, artists and others in the areas of trademark, copyright, non-profit and art law. She represents SFWMCDOB, SF Pride, SF Gay Men’s Chorus, The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and many others in protecting their icons and symbols from misappropriation. Oliver was lead counsel on the DOB trademark litigation.
